I have followed the instruction above, but it still can;t install the driver. there is an exclamation mark in Huawei Mobile in my device manager..
@Christian Jayson - as stated in the manual
1) Uninstall all the dashboards on your PC without inserting the data card. Open the “Windows Driver for(3.09.00.00)” and double click DriverUninstall.exe
The “Windows Driver for(3.09.00.00)” is the driver that you download.

but same problem still ocur to me.
after using windows driver 3.09.00.00
the driver keep prompt as failed to installed driver.
i repeated the cycle many time. but failed.still red mark appear. dashboard can be installed. but not the driver of 3G application and network PI Card
and now it also cant read dashboard installation. im using win7, acer happy-one netbook.
@hafiez please refer to this forum for further reading. make sure your windows 7 platform is 32bit and not 64bit. here is the link for the forum
