this software is a control center for some netbook or notebook made by random brand from china. it is used to read information from bios and windows device manager. it will show your netbook device from chipset, bios, battery, vga, soundcard, LAN/WLAN, and hdd. it also can set power management.
this maybe different from other manufacture because each has it's own version. check your vendor for driver to be sure.

Hi I downloaded the file. It has a "setup.exe" file inside.
I launched setup.exe and it installed something called "Control Center".
However, it didn't install any driver. I still have the "unknown device".
I uncompressed the setup.exe and it has no driver inside. No "inf" file.
Never appear the warning Windows saying if a want or not to install the driver.
I tried to forcé the driver installation telling the unknown device to search driver in the specific folder, but it founds no driver in the folder where i uncompressed setup.exe
@tavillo1980 - What brand is your laptop? Maybe you can find the specific driver for your laptop. The driver I provide is for netbook made in Taiwan & only work for Windows 7 32bit.
I know this is a stretch, but is there a 64 bit version of this somewhere out there? I tried running in win7 and win8 compatibility mode for win8 64 bit and no luck! Sooo if you have any knowledge on this I would greatly appreciate any help. I know this is an old post, but I'll try it any way! @Michael Gallo - You can try extracting the setup.exe file that included in this post using winrar. Inside it has the ISBEW64.exe (it's 64bit file) but I couldn't test it cuz my notebook OS is 32bit
