salam boh...naper e-book jenis E09E16 tak boleh detect external dvd yer...ada se ambe nk format ni tapi x bulih sbb dok detect lansung pon...ganer nak wak boh...?

-kemungkinan webcam di laptop anda sudah rosak... alternatif lain, pasang usb webcam.
